NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Date: November 21, 2024

1. A default has occurred in the conditions of that certain Mortgage executed by Bill E. Mickle Rental, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, as mortgagor, in favor of Bremer Bank, National Association, a national banking association, as mortgagee, dated December 8, 2023, and recorded on January 2, 2024, as Document No. A1545306, as modified by that certain Modification of Mortgage dated March 7, 2024, and recorded on April 17, 2024, as Document No. A1550722, both in the Office of the County Recorder in and for Wright County, Minnesota (collectively, “Mortgage”).  The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.

2. The original allocated principal amount secured by the Mortgage was:  $975,325.07. 

3. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage or any part thereof.

4. The holder of the Mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage and foreclosure of the Mortgage and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.

5. As of the date of this notice, the allocated amount due on the Mortgage is:  $1,101,750.31.

Public Notice of Lake Aeration WARNING

Notice of Crawford Lake Open Water

The aeration system on Crawford Lake (86-0046) located in Rockford Township, Wright County, MN south of the city of Buffalo, will create open water in several places. Fishermen, skiers, hikers, and others are warned to stay clear of marked areas!  Weather conditions may cause the areas of thin ice and open water to fluctuate greatly. Vehicles, including snowmobiles and ATVs should stay off the lake entirely when the aeration system is operational.  The aerators, which may be in operation throughout the remainder of the winter, are designed to prevent fish kills.

EXTREME CAUTION should be used while using this lake for the remainder of the winter.  A warning sign warning of “Open Water and Thin Ice” will be posted at the Public Access. Additionally, thin ice signs will mark the area where the aerators create open water.

Trip takes place during the beginning of Spring Break 2025.  Tour includes the Metropolitan Opera, Museum of Art and Broadway shows.  Cost is currently at $1700 and is being reduced to $1450 per student due to the efforts of the Band Booster group. Will continue relationship with Performance Tours.

BHS New Course Proposals

One course modification and six new courses are being presented for consideration. The course modification is for the Ag Construction/Construction Trades Expoloration class to be included in the Ag and Tech Ed portions of the class registration program. The six new classes being propose are: Intro to Construction, Debate, Fashion Design, Math for the Trades, Unified Companion Animal Science and Unified Stage Acting.  

Discussion: Thankful for offering more classes in the trades along with Unified class opportunities.

B. Policy Review - #516 Student Medication and Telehealth

Policy title and legislative changes including MSBA recommended language. MSBA did a complete review of this policy.  

C. 2025-26 Enrollment Projections

Reviewed last year’s actual enrollment. Lost 72 students from October 1, 2023 to June of 2024.  Nonpublic and homeshool counts have increased.  Wright County births have increased which will affect the kindergarten enrollment in six years. Projecting 4846 student enrollment for 2025-26. This is a 1.2% decrease from the 2024-25 revised projection.

Discussion: interested in the homeschool information since that is consistently increasing.

Notice of Twin Lake Open Water

The aeration system on Twin Lake (T122, R26, S 28 & 29) located in Silver Creek Township, Wright County, MN, will create open water in several places. Fishermen, skiers, hikers, and others are warned to stay clear of marked areas!  Weather conditions may cause the areas of thin ice and open water to fluctuate greatly. Vehicles, including snowmobiles and ATVs should stay off the lake entirely when the aeration system is operational.  The aerators, which may be in operation throughout the remainder of the winter, are designed to prevent fish kills.
