Eric M. DoBrava, Tamey DoBrava, Aimee Helmers, Fieldstone Family Homes, Inc., and Warners’ Stellian Co., Inc., Defendants.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of a Judgment issued out of and under the seal of the District Court of the State of Minnesota, in and for the Tenth Judicial District and County of Wright signed on July 25, 2023 (the “Judgment”), upon a judgment rendered and docketed in said Court and County in the above-captioned action, in favor of Plaintiff Star Bank and against (a) Defendants Eric M. DoBrava and Tamey DoBrava in the amount of $479,364.52 as of June 22, 2023, plus interest accruing at a rate of 4.000% plus costs and disbursements; and (b) against Defendants Eric M. DoBrava and Tamey DoBrava for foreclosure of the Mortgage as requested by the Plaintiff and granted pursuant to this Court’s Order entered on July 31, 2023, plus additional fees and costs as allowed by the underlying real estate mortgages and law, as appears in the judgement roll filed in the office of the Clerk of said District Court for said Wright County; and 

WHEREAS, said judgment was docketed in the District Court of Wright County on July 31, 2023, and the sum of $479,364.52 is now actually due thereon, plus additional interest computed from June 22, 2023, at a rate of 4.00% up to and including the date of sale and all attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements of levy and sale, and

WHEREAS, said Judgment has to me as Sheriff of Wright County been duly directed and delivered,

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on Friday, October 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Wright County Sheriff’s Office, 3800 Braddock Ave NE, Buffalo, MN 55313, all right, title, and interest that the above-named defendants had on July 31, 2023 (that being the date of docketing of said judgment in Wright County) in and to the real estate hereinafter described, or any interest therein which said defendants has since that day acquired, the description of the property being as follows, to-wit:

Lot 13A and Lot 13T, Block 4, River Run.

Being Torrens property as evidenced by Certificate of Title NO. 7851 or 8089 according to the certified plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota. 

(the “Real Property”). The Real Property is commonly known 4857 Maple Street, Rockford, MN 55373.

To be sold subject to redemption for a period of 6 months from the order confirming sale by the mortgagors, their personal representatives or assigns.
