1. Finding Respondent, Benjamin Delbert Arnold, an inactive parent, absent, and unable to be located, failing to abide by the 2015 Custody Order filed on 4/08/2015. Petitioner, Cheryl VonBerge, requests the Court grant relief to her by granting temporary full legal and physical custody of Jacob, Morgan, and Gracie Arnold so all necessary decisions can be made that might require both parent’s consent, as well as for safety purposes;
