On October 3, 2022, the Buffalo City Council adopted an ordinance designated as Ordinance No. 2022-6, the title of which is stated above. The purpose of the Ordinance is to meet the requirements of the City’s new MS4 Permit with the following changes: 1.) Sec. 10-63(c). Accessory uses, buildings and structures, Paragraph (5). Requirements for salt storage and handling were added to meet the requirement of the MS4 Permit, Line 21.5. 2.) Sec. 40-161(b). Proposed design features. Adding design standard for stormwater management to this section. 3.) Sec. 40-220. Erosion and sediment control. Updated to insert a reference to the Construction Stormwater Permit SWPPP requirements and the MS4 permit Post-Construction Stormwater Management requirements. 4.) Sec. 40-221. Stormwater runoff control. Updated to insert a reference to the Construction Stormwater Permit SWPPP requirements and the MS4 permit Post-Construction Stormwater Management requirements.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is directed to keep a copy of the Ordinance at City Hall for public inspection and to post a full copy of the Ordinance in a public place in the City for a period of two weeks.
