NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Meadow Pond Villa Owners Association (henceforth the “Declaration”) recorded in the office of the Recorder for Wright County, Minnesota on December 4, 2002, as Document No. 820022, which covers the following property:
Lot 5, Block 4, Meadow Pond, according to the recorded plat thereof, Wright County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of November 13, 2023, from Sonjae Blanks and Johnathan Bass, title holders, to Meadow Pond Villa Owners Association, a Minnesota non-profit corporation, the principal amount of Six Thousand, Five Hundred Sixty-Three and 98/100ths Dollars ($6,563.98) for assessments, late fees and related charges, plus assessments, collection costs, attorneys’ fees and other amounts will be incurred since said date, including costs of collection and foreclosure;
WHEREAS,no action is now pending at law or otherwise to recover said debt or any part thereof;
WHEREAS, the owners have not been released from the financial obligation to pay said amount;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Declaration, said debt created a lien upon said premises in favor of Meadow Pond Villa Owners Association as evidenced by the lien statement recorded on October 12, 2023, in the office of the Wright County Recorder as Document No. A1540427;

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s Will, dated February 14, 1996 (“Will”), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Nancy A. Burkstrand, whose address is 825 Prairie Avenue Southeast, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as Personal Representative or may object to the appointment of the Personal Representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the Personal Representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.

October 1, 2023 enrollment is set at 5080.64. Students are counted only for the amount of time they are served by the district. Last fall’s projection for this year was 5125.

Class size information was gathered from each school. Average class size is 20.88 at elementary, 26.77 at middle school and 27.22 at high school.
Discussion – great class sizes are noticeable at the elementary grades. So beneficial for students.
C. First Reading of Revised Policies

1. Policy #506 Student Discipline (FORM 506)
Bringing this policy back after the legislative revisions were made in August to include our district specific procedures for removal of a student from a classroom. Also developed a complaint form. This will be brought back for final review and approval at the November board meeting.

1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that the special election of the voters of this School District held on November 7, 2023, was in all respects duly and legally called and held.

Notice of Crawford Lake Open Water
The aeration system on Crawford Lake (86-0046) located in Rockford Township, Wright County, MN south of the city of Buffalo, will create open water in several places. Fishermen, skiers, hikers, and others are warned to stay clear of marked areas! Weather conditions may cause the areas of thin ice and open water to fluctuate greatly. Vehicles, including snowmobiles and ATVs should stay off the lake entirely when the aeration system is operational. The aerators, which may be in operation throughout the remainder of the winter, are designed to prevent fish kills.
EXTREME CAUTION should be used while using this lake for the remainder of the winter. A warning sign warning of “Open Water and Thin Ice” will be posted at the Public Access. Additionally, thin ice signs will mark the area where the aerators create open water.

Notice of Twin Lake Open Water
The aeration system on Twin Lake (T122, R26, S 28 & 29) located in Silver Creek Township, Wright County, MN, will create open water in several places. Fishermen, skiers, hikers, and others are warned to stay clear of marked areas! Weather conditions may cause the areas of thin ice and open water to fluctuate greatly. Vehicles, including snowmobiles and ATVs should stay off the lake entirely when the aeration system is operational. The aerators, which may be in operation throughout the remainder of the winter, are designed to prevent fish kills.
