Poppy Seed Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

8 oz. bowtie pasta

2 cups cooked, cubed chicken

1/2 large red pepper (diced)

1/2 cub red onion (diced

 

Dressing:

1 1/2-2 cups Hellmann's mayo

1/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp poppy seeds

 

Directions:

Cook bowtie pasta per box instructions. Rinse and cool.

Mix cubed chicken with diced red pepper and diced onion, then add pasta.

Mix all dressing ingredients and pour 1/2 over pasta mixture and mix.

Refrigerate leftover dressing and pasta mixture.

Just before serving, add remaining dressing and toss to coat.
