Foreclosure Sale

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Country View Estates Condominium Association, Inc. (henceforth the "Declara-tion") originally recorded in the Recorder's Officer for Wright County, Minnesota on September 30, 1985, as Document No. T5624, which covers the following property:
Unit Number 38 and Garage Unit Number 99, Condominium Number 8, Country View Estates Condominiums, a Condominium located in the County of Wright.
THAT pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of December 26, 2007 from Cheryl L. Day, title holder, to Country View Estates Condominium Association, Inc., the principal amount of Three Thousand Seventy and 00/100 Dollars ($3,070.00) for assessments (past and accelerated), plus any late fees and collection costs, plus assessments and other amounts that have accrued since that date, including the costs of collection and foreclosure;
THAT no action is now pending at law or otherwise to recover said debt or any part thereof;
THAT the owner had not been released from his financial obligation to pay said amount;
THAT pursuant to Minn. Stat. ª515a.3-115(a), said debt creates a lien upon said premises in favor of Country View Estates Condominium Association, Inc. as evidenced by a lien statement effective September 30, 1985, and dated December 26, 2007, and recorded on January 3, 2008, in the office of the Wright County Recorder as Document No. T26025.
THAT pursuant to the power of sale granted by the owners in taking title to the premises subject to said Declaration, said lien will be foreclosed by the sale of said property by the sheriff of said county at the Wright County Government Center, Ten Second Street NW, Room 170, Buffalo MN 55313, Wright County on the 14th day of May, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, to pay the amount then due for said assessments, together with the costs of foreclosure, including attorneys fees as allowed by law. The time allowed by law for redemption by the unit owners, their personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months from the date of said sale.
