Advertisement for bids

2017 Dust Control

 Notice is herby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Town Board of Rockford Township until 7:00 p.m. On Tuesday March 7 for dust control materials for the 2017 construction season as follows:

132,000 gallons, more or less of dust control materials to be applied by the Bidder on Township roads as directed by the Town Board, for application during the 2017 construction season. Must have proper trucks / equipment for larger roads and be able to complete total application in 10 working days.

Material bid will be Magnesium Chloride or equivalent with a water content not exceeding 67%.

 Dust Control materials shall be available for application as May 31, 2017.

 If the Township determines that an additional dust control application is required later in the season, the contractor will furnish the amount needed as determined by the Township at the bid rate.

All proposals must be submitted to: Rockford Township, 3039 Dague Ave. SE, Buffalo, MN 55313 on or before the due date set forth in this notice.
